1 - General information
The "voltix-charging.com"
site is the property of VAPI, a simplified joint stock company with
a single shareholder and capital of 10,000 euros, having its
registered office at 1973 boulevard de la Défense - 92000 Nanterre,
registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number
979 615 143.
The publication director is Mr Louis du Pasquier, Managing Director.
The company that designed and produced the site is VAPI.
The site is hosted on the servers of Microsoft France 39, quai du
Président Roosevelt 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux.
2 - Terms and conditions of use
Users of the "voltix-charging.com" website acknowledge that they have read these conditions of use
and undertake to comply with them. The user of the website
acknowledges that he/she has the skills and resources required to
access and use this site, as well as the legal capacity to visit
this site and/or any directly accessible page, and to enter into any
agreement whatsoever. Users of the "voltix-charging.com" website acknowledge that they have checked that their computer
configuration does not contain any viruses and that it is in perfect
working order. The user acknowledges having been informed that the
"voltix-charging.com"
website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases
of force majeure, computer difficulties, difficulties linked to the
structure of the telecommunications networks or difficulties of a
technical nature, or maintenance. Consequently, users acknowledge
that they use this information under their sole responsibility.
Consequently, VAPI cannot be held responsible for any direct or
indirect damage that may result from accessing or using the site

5 - Copyright - Intellectual property

property of VAPI or are subject to a right of use, exploitation,
reproduction and representation. These elements are subject to
legislation protecting copyright. Consequently, no licence or any
other right, except that of consulting the information, is conferred
on anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. Any total or
partial reproduction, representation, modification, publication,
transmission or distortion of the site or its content, by any
process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited. Any
unauthorised use of the site or its content, or of the information
published on it, will render the user liable and will constitute an
infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the

elements, alone or integrated into other elements, without the
express prior authorisation of VAPI is prohibited, and would render
the user liable under articles L. 713-2 and L. 713-3 of the French

any content including programmes, codes, viruses, etc. intended to
destroy or limit the functionality of the site, on pain of incurring
civil and/or criminal liability. In the event that a user wishes to
use any of the content of the site (text, image, etc.), he/she
undertakes to request prior written authorisation from VAPI by
writing to the address indicated in article 1.

Given that the hypertext links set up within the framework of the
"voltix-charging.com"
website lead to other resources present on the Internet network and
insofar as VAPI cannot control these external sites and sources, it
cannot be held responsible for the availability of these external
sites and sources, and thus declines all responsibility for the
content, advertising, products, services or any other material
available on or from these external sites or sources. These links
are offered to users of the "voltix-charging.com" site as a service. The decision to activate the links rests
exclusively with the users. Users are informed that non-affiliated

8 - Droit applicable et litiges
The applicable law is French law. In the event of a dispute,
exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts in the
jurisdiction in which VAPI's registered office is located. Visitors
accessing the site from abroad must ensure compliance with locally
applicable laws.
Personal data protection policy
VAPI attaches great importance to respecting the privacy of its
customers and protecting their personal data.
We are also committed to maintaining relationships based on the
interests and trust of our customers. We are committed to ensuring
that your personal data is processed in accordance with Act No.
78-17 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties of 6
January 1978, as amended, and in accordance with Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April
2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing

1 – What is personal data?
Personal data is any information relating to an identified natural
person or a person who can be identified directly or indirectly by
reference to an identification number or to one or more elements
that are specific to that person. For example: your first and last
name, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, photograph,
etc.
2 - How is your personal data collected, how long is it kept and
who receives it?
We strictly require recipients of your personal data to implement
all measures essential to the security and confidentiality of your
personal data.
2.1 - Land prospecting
One of VAPI's objectives is to prospect for land to develop charging
station projects. To meet this objective, VAPI collects information
on landowners (private or local authorities) who own plots of land
suitable for the development of charging stations.
If you own such plots of land, VAPI may collect your personal data
in order to make you a study proposal for the use of your land, as
part of its recharging station development activity.
If you are interested and the prospecting is successful, this data
will be kept for the duration of the lease agreement or for the
duration of the acquisition process, as the case may be, as well as
for a further 5 years.
If you are not interested, your personal data will be kept for 5
years for reasons of traceability and to ensure that you are not
approached again.
Your personal data will be communicated
to the subcontractors we use for the sole purpose of carrying out
services on our behalf.

When you contact us, it is in our legitimate interest to keep your
personal data for the purposes of managing your request, so that we
can follow it up.
If your application concerns the development of a recharging
station, your application will be kept for the periods set out in
paragraph 2.1.
2.2.2 - When cookies are stored on your terminal.
When browsing our website, it is in our legitimate interest to be
able to collect, via cookies, information relating to the devices or
networks from which you access our services. When you first visit
our website or use the application, you will be informed that your
personal data will be collected via cookies. If you wish, you are
invited to configure the use of cookies and other tracking devices.
Third-party cookies may also be placed on your terminal, provided
that you have given your prior consent.

This data enables us to improve your browsing experience, compile
visit statistics and provide you with services and offers tailored
to your interests.
2.3 - As part of events organised by VAPI
You may be asked to provide us with personal data when you take part
in events offered by VAPI (competitions, prize draws, etc.).
Any participation is subject to conditions of participation that you
must accept beforehand. As such, you consent to our use of your
personal data in connection with the event.
This data will be used for the purposes of managing the event only
and will then be deleted, unless you have agreed to be contacted
again by VAPI at a later date.
2.4 - When we contact you as a local resident or
stakeholder
It is in our legitimate interest to be able to exchange information
(newsletters, questionnaires, surveys, consultation, requests for
documents useful in the investigation of a case, etc.) with
stakeholders (local residents, companies, etc.) in the context of
development and works projects for the purposes of the project but
also, and more broadly, in order to find out your expectations in
the performance of our duties as project owner and operator.
2.5 - When you apply for a job or submit an unsolicited
application
If you wish to apply for a job offered by VAPI, a VINCI Group
company, or submit an unsolicited application, you will need to
create an "Applicant" space on the VINCI Jobs platform by providing
us with certain personal data such as your first and last name,
postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, level of
education, professional experience, languages spoken and, where
applicable, information contained in the documents submitted (for
example, information contained in your curriculum vitae).
When you create your "Applicant" space, you consent to the
processing of your personal data for the purposes of managing your
application file.
If you wish, and independently of creating a "Candidate" space, you
can also receive our job offers by e-mail by entering your e-mail
address.
3 – Where is your personal data stored?
All the recipients of your personal data, our sub-contractors and
our commercial partners are located in the European Union and mainly
in mainland France.
We strictly require the recipients of your personal data to use your
data solely for the purposes mentioned above and only to the extent
necessary to carry out the tasks entrusted to them, and to implement
all measures essential to the security and confidentiality of your
personal data.
4 – What are your rights regarding your personal data?
You have a right of access, rectification, portability, limitation
and opposition to the processing of your personal data for the
purposes of commercial canvassing and the deletion of your personal
data. If you have given your consent to the processing of your
personal data, in particular to receive commercial canvassing, you
may withdraw this consent at any time and free of charge.

Cookie management
You wish to browse the "voltix-charging.com" website (hereinafter referred to individually as the "Site" and
collectively as the "Sites"). When you browse the Site, cookies are
placed on your computer, mobile phone or tablet (hereinafter
referred to as your "Terminal").
In this "Cookie Policy" section, VAPI offers you a better
understanding of how cookies work and how to use the tools to
configure them at your convenience.
Some of these functions are not operational on this version of the

1 - What are cookies?

followed by numbers and characters), generally small in size and

2.1 - VAPI cookies
These are cookies placed/read on your Terminal by VAPI or one of its

2.2 - Other cookies
These are cookies placed/read by third-party companies (for example,

identify your centres of interest through the products consulted or
purchased on the Site and to personalise the advertising offer sent
to you on the Site or outside the Site.

you click in the advertising spaces on the Site. VAPI has no control

networks, which act on their own behalf. In any event, the issue

VAPI ensures that partner companies agree to process the information
collected on the Site exclusively for the purposes of VAPI and in
accordance with our instructions, in compliance with the French Data
Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended and Regulation (EU)

2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing
of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and
undertake to implement appropriate measures to secure and protect

cannot be deactivated in our systems. They are generally only set in

3.2 - Analytical cookies
These are cookies issued by technical service providers or

improve the interest, ergonomics and operation of the services
offered on the site (for example, the pages most often consulted,
the most frequently used functions, etc.). These cookies are also
used to compile statistics.
In addition to analysing visitor numbers, they may also be used to

4 - How to set your choices
4.1 - Managing cookies on the Site.
